OH, WHERE TO START! Even the rateing this with 1 is a high rate! I booked this accomodation two weeks before my stay, I received instructions about the accomodation policy, how to behave in accomodation etc, I gave them my telephone number as they requested, they took my money from my card and then... nothing. No answers! No informations! When we came in front of the property, the gate was closed, no one reacted on the bell and when I called all numbers that I could find on the accomodation page, no answers or answer that this telephone numer doesn't exist! When I wrote them message via Booking message section they replied that our accomodation is canceled and no one inform me about that before. Remember, I was standing in front of accomodation and I had to find and book a new accomodation for that night. Of course, as it was in the last moment, I could find only accomodations which were much more over my budget, but ok, it is how it is. I hope they will refund my money! So, do not book this accomodation if you want to have a place to stay.
