GBFantastic studio apartment very close to Exeter city centre (8-10 min walk). Well kitted apartment, including a fan (almost always missing whenever we've stayed in self-catering in the UK during Summer). Nice little touch of leaving a dog bowl & treats out for our dog! Appreciated! Being just a few minutes walk from the independent shops on Magdalen Road is a bounus too!
Minor annoyances and don't see how they can be improved, due to location of apartment - lack of parking (although 2 large public car parks nearby) & road noise from main road.

GBLocation is ideal for Exeter city centre and for an easy exit out of the city. The flat has everything you need for a short stay, nice stylish finish to it and the bed is extremely comfortable. Ian the owner is extremely helpful and easy to contact.

MYGBGood sized room with all the necessary amenities, clean and comfortable very close to city centre.
No private parking, only public car parks, which although close by are not cheap Busy rd outside meant windows couldn't be opened due to noise.

The free parking allocated was at a 12 min walk distance from the flat. Also it was a bit too noisy from the traffic outside when the windows were opened due to the hot weather.
DEVery clean, very central. Very well equipped.
Windows directly out onto the main street, made airing the place a bit tricky, but no noise from street due to double windows.
