The flat is a two-room apartment located inside a house where I believe the owners live, with whom we never interacted. We just interacted with a person who I believe is from an agency (I am not sure), who sent us a WhatsApps message with the code to open the key locker and the information needed to access the flat. We chosed the place because it is near to several trekking trails, to a beautiful countryside and to nice little villages.

Perhaps it would be advisable to provide some additional accessories (e.g., a trivet).

Abbiamo utilizzato l'alloggio solo per dormire, posso però dire che era molto pulito. Comodo il parcheggio interno. Abbiamo interagito con la proprietaria solo attraverso messaggio ed è stata molto chiara nel darci le indicazioni stradali e informazioni sull'accesso all'appartamento.

Struttura molto accogliente e davvero pulitissima. Beatrice è stata disponibile e pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra necessità. Super consigliata

I couldn't find the TV although it was listed in the description during the time of my reservation. There was a wifi router but I couldn't find the password anywhere in the apartment. Although I didn't really need it that much, It would be convenient if it could be provided in a message on the day of check in.

Parking is very safe, with a separate courtyard, and if you want to visit Cascate di Monte Gelato or Calcata, this is an excellent base.

The gate to the courtyard needs to be opened or closed manually.
