Good position, easy to walk to main attraction of the city. Easy access, the owner is very friendly. The owner also made a good job making the place cozy.

The apartment has structural limitations, in the sense that there is only 1 window that has to be open otherwise you don’t breathe and is lacking an oven; the air filtration in the bathroom might also need some help. That is why I cannot give it a solid 8 or even 9
