They called me to confirm my booking which I did. They sent me a WhatsApp message asking me to confirm the booking which I did. Then they canceled my booking with no reason

One staff in particular was exceptional.

The sheets were very old, there roaches in the room, they deceptively told me the WiFi got cut off after 1 night of stay. No hot water
