The environment is good with quite and cold at night. The staff is polite and responsive to enquiries. The morning breakfast tasted good, good job to the chef and kitchen staff.

The cleanliness can be improved, bird dropping at some corner of the corridor and toilet cleanliness is not good.

1. staff are polite and friendly 2. Food for sahur was sent to my room though upon check-in I was informed it will be served at the restaurant

The room and it's fixtures look old and a bit unkept. There was even a hole in one of the chairs' seat.
