"Good place to stay for a family"

Good location, 10 mins drive from Leeds city centre. Everything is as described.

My brother stayed in the smallest room and got rash on the leg next day, got bite from some bugs! The rooms could do more with hooks and some furniture to put our belongings. Ended up everything is just on the floor.

"Fantastic property with secure outdoor space"

Location was great as we were over for our daughter's graduation, property was within walking distance to supermarket. Communication with owners was excellent. Was great to have a back garden to sit in as the weather was quite hot on our visit.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion, would've been great to have a few cleaning products for kitchen and maybe some extra hangers for the wardrobe.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for us as a couple travelling with elderly family members to attend a family event in Leeds. Access with key code very simple. Quick and easy messaging with the hosts.

A few small things could be added to make the house even more comfortable... Shaving mirror in bathroom, tea towels and washing up liquid in the kitchen.

Convenient for our needs in terms of location. Nicely decorated and clean and comfortable.

Would have been beneficial to have clothes line/rotary line in garden/pegs; with a washing machine there was no where to dry clothes when washed. No instructions for tv! Couldn’t get the important live match on tv! Need sharper knifes! Couldn’t cut a courgette/veg neatly! Also a hairdryer! First time ever I came away without one and there wasn’t one!
