No había mesa ni sillas para poder desayunar. Si bien tenía todo lo necesario para preparar un buen desayuno no tiene lugar donde poder sentarse y tomarlo.

Quiet, convenient and clean. Beds were comfy. Walkable to restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Street parking always available.

Sitting situation was not great for three senior adults in the living room. A grab bar would be helpful in the bathtub. A larger fridge with a freezer would be great. The tiny fridge wouldn't hold much. This is a basement apartment and the upstairs resident was very loud clomping around. Communication with the property manager could be better. The worst part was the bugs. Definitely needs a debugging and we alerted the property company about this.

Great location and floor plan

- No AC which was not disclosed. - Only a loud box fan provided. - basement location with small windows and no screens so couldn’t open them comfortably. - The shower was broken on our first night and was not fixed until afternoon of our second day. - very strong smell of cleaning supplies upon arrival seemed to be masking issues. - the floor was dirty upon arrival - towels were not soft

The faulty electrical in the front bedroom damaged my mother's new iPhone and HP computer. Descansa Management company lied and said there was nothing wrong. And then they tried to blame it on the charging cables. My mother bought the phone cable directly from Apple, and the computer cable from Computer Land in Berkeley, CA, a professional computer servicing business that understands what amperage is appropriate for her computer. I will not be using booking.com anymore.

Location was ideal for walking around Alberta Arts District

Highly misleading and not at all transparent. Apartment is in a basement, but listing makes no mention of this. Listing clearly stated “air conditioned apartment”, but had no central air or cooling amenities, aside from 2 dusty box fans. I would never have booked an apt with no air conditioning in the warmest months in Portland. When messaged, management stated it was Booking.com’s fault for having the air conditioning checked as an amenity. Um, no, your paragraph about the unit literally leads with this offering! Also, our stay was confirmed for 5 people, but only 4 towels were provided, for a 4 day stay. Overall, a complete disappointment.

Terrific location. Great neighborhood for walking with plenty of lively restaurants nearby.

Kitchen was not great. No stove. Bistro table was uncomfortable and living room layout was awkward.
