Afiniti Residence at Legoland Medini

The mattresses were yellow and looked like they may hv bedbugs. The towels smelled bad. The shower had insects The utensils in the kitchen were dirty. Please provide a cleaner environment as we had paid good money for this accommodation.

place is clean and beds were comfortable.. it's also near to Legoland and Medini mall

instructions given to whatsapp Alan when we arrive was not correct because he didn't respond timely and when I called him he seems not aware I was coming.. only received the correct instructions after contacting the POC via booking.com app. instructions were whatsapped abt 5 plus PM (we indicated that we'll check in between 5-6pm).. one minor thing, the right privacy blind in living room doesn't work

Great location for Legoland. The mall and convenience store below the apartment help. Apartment was clean, basic amenities included such as washing machine. We didn't try the pool as it rained but it seemed fine.

WiFi was terribly slow. Hardly any connection in the room. Even in the living room, the connection was not stable. TV was not connected to the Internet and we were lucky that we got tablets loaded with kids content otherwise would have been a massive pain.

Parking can be limited at some time n far from entrance.. Faulty blinds causing privay issue..

Just the location which is near to Legoland

The check-in process is really troublesome which requires security deposit prior to getting the information on how to check-in. No one approach me to confirm my reservation and to update on the security deposit requirement which has to be done online. Not value for money with lack of ownership to ensure smooth check-in process by the guest. Both Booking.com & the place should have done a good job to create a more visible notification on this process. Will never going to stay here again!
