Afiniti Residence at Legoland Medini

Our early check in request were rejected, which we understand. We were told that we can only check in at 3pm by getting the keys from the guards at the reception table, which we abided with. However, we were checked in late as the key to the unit was not with them. We were finally checked in after 3.45pm. Even the request for parking our car into the car park earlier was also turned down. We were told to pay for parking if we wish to park in the car park. The reception area is very hot. The air condition is not turned on. We were drenched with sweat when we checked out. The poor guards had to endure the hot envinroment the whole day with face mask on. We were told that the management do not allow the air condition to be turned on. If this is true, it is so inhumane! The keypad is faulty. It also took us some time to learn how to lock the door when we leave the unit. When we call to ask for info, we were treated as though we too stupid to handle a simple door lock. And every time when we return to the unit, it took us some time to unlock it. We have to try again and again and again. There were times that we tried for a few minutes. Imagine the frustration!

The close proximity to Legoland and Mall of Medini was great. Staff was friendly and we were given clear check-in instruction. We had a comfortable stay. :)

No stopper for bathtub drainage.

Good location to Legoland and Medini Mall.Good facilities but the gym need to have dumbells.

Detergent not provided for washing clothes and the mattresses need to be cleaner.

It’s near to Legoland and there is a 7/11 downstairs to the building.
