Location is ideal. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is spacious. i would say the best so far for my experience of hotel in Penang.

The room was excellent plus they do a decoration for us (just married) and we not expected that.. So pretty & we like it so much! No! WE LOVE IT! The bed so comfy, the light is everywhere hahaha i like it! Repeat? Of course! The staff was very kind & helpfull, assist us until the room. Dont worry about parking & can claim. Everything was excellent. Actually we need more night to stay but we cant, need to work hahaha. Dont know where to stay? Just stay here. The location also strategic near to place need to visit when you come to penang. Also just beside shell, no worry if you are hungry in the middle of night, just grab! 😉 See you again!
