Very Disappointing Experience – Misleading Listing I booked this place through Booking.com because the listing clearly stated that the room had a private bathroom. However, when I arrived, the room did not have a private bathroom at all. This was extremely disappointing and misleading. The property also did not look like the photos on the listing. The place looked dark, uncomfortable, and did not feel safe. It did not feel like a lodge or proper accommodation. Because of this, I could not stay there. I had already paid, but I decided to leave immediately and book another place for the night. Unfortunately, the property refused to refund me. This was a very frustrating experience, and I would strongly recommend that Booking.com review this listing so future guests are not misled.

Everything from looks outside to poor parking facility and the obvious misleading pictures of a building that does not match what we saw when we got there. No one answered the gate nor any of my calls when I tried phoning them to ask questions at all. No assistance was given. Very dissatisfied customer and they will not refund me no matter how I much I ask. I felt unsafe in the area as well which would not have worked for me and a child to stay in ! Unhappy client !
