The unit is clean and all of the amenities are complete. We were able to check in while contacting the owner which is very nice.

The map in Booking app is not accurate. I needed a unit close to House Manila and this unit is shown to be 30m or 3-4 minutes. When I finalized the booking, it turned to be a 10 mins walk. This is manageable but made me disappointed a little bit.
