Most impressed with the breakfast. Very elaborate with lots of choices. Staff very friendly too. Rooms are comfortable.

The marble shower floor … very slippery and could cause accident. Lightings in the corridor are too dark with black marble decor… again can be dangerous for people with not great eye sight or elderly people.

An excellent experience from a new hotel, which is rare to have an excellent experience from a new hotel, servis, and checking and check out, everything was fine, well detailed, customized service, beautiful music inside the hotel and decoration is state of art. We would like to come back again and again, not only for short visits, but also for long weekends, We will like to extend our best gratitude for all the stuff in the hotel especially the reception and the concierge, breakfast is second to none. The technology in the rooms are not seen often in any other at that level. The rooftop is beautiful and especially with fell in love with the marbles that the architect used inside and outside. We will recommend this hotel to All the friends that we know and will give you five star for every Details. We hope that the hotel will preserve this quality forever. Also, we felt that this hotel will bring dynamism to Bari And around, it only takes 25 minutes from the airport and all of a sudden you find yourself in another world. By the way, this is a small hotel with the 10 rooms, but the beauty is, the stuff remains everything about you and you don’t have to ask or demand the second time. They have gluten-free lactose free and every kind of diet precautions for visitors so you can be comfortable when you eat. The Bar is also another excellent detail, we recommend that everybody has to pass by to have a cocktail. Thanks again and congratulations for this new hotel and wish prosperity

The staff is excellent and always ready to assist. Very modern and expensive furnishings.

That there was a fireplace, but no drawers for shirts, socks etc. The architect obviously forgot that a room should be practical too.

The Bra hotel is absolutely fabulous, its beautifully decorated, great location. The customer service was second to none all the staff were friendly and attentative. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are going to Bari its definitely the place to stay

The thermostat was not operational during my stay. It was blasting cold air when I arrived and the fix was to turn it off. It was not corrected during my stay. Most features work through and iPad which has some bugs that need to be fixed. I was never able to order room service
