"מלון מדהים אבל בעיות תחזוקה קלקלו את החוויה"

מלון מדהים עיצוב יוקרתי חשבו על כל פרט מיקום מעולה לקחנו סוויטה עם ספא פרטי הסאונה בחדר היתה מעולה והסוויטה באמת מפנקת הייתי נותן ציון 10 אם לא היו תקלות התחזוקה והטיפול הבעייתי בהן

שהגענו המזגן בחדר היה מקולקל והיה חם מאוד 3 טלפונים לקבלה לא עזרו ורק שאישתי ירדה לקבלה הסכימו להזמין טכנאי והתקלה טופלה רק אחרי 5 שעות שבהן לא יכלנו לשהות בחדר בנוסף ביום השני חימום הג׳קוזי התקלקל והמים היו קפואים אי אפשר היה להשתמש שוב טלפונים ושוב הבטחות בערב יצאנו לאכול ונאמר לנו שהטכנאי מטפל אך שחזרנו שוב דבר לא טופל . הציפייה ממלון ברמה כזאת היא לשירות יעיל ומהיר יותר חבל שזה קלקל לנו את החוויה שיכלה להיות מושלמת

Потрясающий бутик-отель! Полноценные 5 звезд. Качество в мелочах: от резиновых тапочек для спа до презентов при выселении. Современный ремонт, все в номере управляется с планшета. Прекрасный ужин от шеф-повара. Это был прекрасный опыт! Спасибо! Надеемся вернуться к вам вновь!
