The balcony.

Firstly it’s not a resort at all, it’s just a roadside motel with basic amenities. I stayed 3 nights with my family and didn’t really like it. The stairs to the upper floors are a death trap. I was about to fall on my back. They are constructed using slippery tiles and a simple rain makes it absolute hazardous. Also it rained almost eve-day in langkawi and we all got wet while getting off the car and climbing the stairs. No access to get to your room through the reception. The balcony and the balcony window doesn’t lock properly, leaving it very insecure. I needed help from them to get it locked. No room cleaning. If you want, you will have to leave the key at the reception by yourself. And I was only told this when they didn’t clean my room after the first night. No microwave woven to reheat your baby foods. Asked for few plates and spoons, we were told not available. They provide very little amount shampoo and soap, merely enough for 1 persons, but we were a family of 4. No toothpaste available. The reception never answers the phone. Leaving message on what’s app getting delayed response. Stay here only if you don’t have anywhere to stay.

ホテル周りは自然快適な環境でした

小さな蟻が部屋中に、廊下とか。泊まった部屋のお湯沸かし器が機能せず、すぐに技術者を呼んでくれたが、またすぐに機能しなかった。一泊だけだったので水シャワーで過ごした。改善できたらな。。。
