MYMYMYThe staff was very kind. We arrived late at night and didnt have time to tapau for food. He offered to take us to the restaurant and sent us back to the hotel. But, i forgot to ask for his name 😂. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. They provided bikes for rent.
The wifi is quite slow. It was located in a rural area. Quite far from the main attractions and restaurants arent walking distance. It is best if you rent a car cause sometimes Grab refused to pick you. There’s no housekeeping during my 3 nights stay, we have to throw the rubbish ourselves.
MYMYMYMYThe room was clean and well tidied. Everything was as advertised. The staff was very attentive and gave a very quick response when we called.
When we first entered the room, there was no electricity even after we put in the keycard, we called the staff and apparently there was a power cut for the entire floor. It was nothing too serious just a mild inconvenience , the staff responded very quickly about it . The toilet had a smell when we checked in but the staff took care it very quickly as but the smell lingered for abit even after he cleaned it, we had to leave the ventilation on for the night to get rid of the smell. The water pressure was also just so-so, so need to take a longer time to shower.
