GBGBI stayed for 2 nights but made the reservation as 2 separate bookings. Due to this the staff insisted that I pay the touist tax twice. They may be technically in the right but seems petty. Plus the tourist tax was much higher than other hotels in the country - can't see a reason for this to be the case.

- Towel provided is not good. - Got issue upon arrival. My booking cannot be found in the system. The staff said it is the Booking's website error. After multiple try, suddenly my booking appeared. Just imagine if it does not appear at all, i need to find another hotel in which i've already paid the full price for this boking. It is a really troubling experience. I might think twice to book this hotel for my next trip
