Staff, cleanness, parking, location

A good location, sufficiently removed from the bustle of town. Good sized rooms and bathrooms, and a solid bar!

There didn't seem to be any hot water in the bathroom. It was high on tech more than practicality. Not much of a view or natural light in the room I stayed at.

no hot water, safe didn’t work odd room layout, bed in alcove, no power or switches next to it. window onto corridor breakfast could be much better

The location next to the bus station and not far from hills.

The staff were not bothered, from the reception to the restaurant, unhappy and unhelpful. The room was untidy, dirty, with hair in the shower from a previous occupant and filth on the floor. No tea cups, coat hangers, welcome book with guidance how to use things (kettle in Chinese with 28 buttons).

Location

Despite having my booking confirmed way in advance days before my arrival, they couldn't provide me with the room that I had selected.

1. The room: .It's a new hotel so everything is just new and comfortable. 2. Location: as a business trip, the location is very close to everything.

1. The stuff: slow in service, no idea about anything & very slow. 2. The food; we never had the pleasure to get what we want to order, always not available and we always end up with the same item! Why having a big menu while you only have 2 available items!
