Upper Cliff Studio

Fantastic – the location, the view, everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed was super comfy, though the pillows were a bit on the firm side. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the basics – pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, and so on. The only things we missed were a coffee press and a teapot. One small suggestion: a parasol on the terrace would be a great addition – the view is absolutely stunning, and on sunny days like the ones we had, it would’ve made sitting outside even more enjoyable. All in all, the studio has everything you need for a great stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable – it took a while to connect and tended to drop out quite easily. Also, the curtains were slightly damaged, which was a bit of a shame, as everything else in the studio is so thoughtfully and tastefully arranged.

In dem Bett können nur Hobbits gut schlafen - für uns war es viel zu kurz und zu schmal. Ein Vorhang auch im "Wohnzimmer " wäre gut - wir hatten 4 Tage pralle Sonne und es gab Null Schatten.

A modern, exceptionally clean and well presented lodge. A quiet and peaceful location with a stunning view overlooking the coast line on a beautiful part of the island. Hassle free check in.

The property provides towels, washing up liquid, tea and milk was much appreciated. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to provide shower gel, shampoo and hand wash. Appreciating the lodge is self catering, it would be helpful amenity.

The position, cleanliness and thoughtful detail in the property were excellent.

The Hay Loft, though advertised was never open when we went. We weren’t the only people to be disappointed re this. A family adult group out with an elderly lady had seen it advertised off sight and it was closed when they arrived too. Disappointing after walking. We saw a gardener and a couple of staff who were cleaning. Reception was closed each time we went past. We commented on how there didn’t seem to be any staff. Our key was already in the open property and we had to drop it through the letter box on leaving. No personal touch which would have been nice. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and surroundings and was a good place of access to other places of interest. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The view was amazing & also from the bedroom as well ,location was good ,small but everything you need to cook , chill & have a good nights sleep , would definitely stay again

lovely accommodation in quiet place. Parking right outside. Fantastic sea view from the patio. Loved that they left us milk tea coffee and washing up liquid for when we arrived. Also toilet rolls. Already booked to have another weekend away there
