Basically nothing as the whole experience was ruined off

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were in pathetic condition and were full of mosquitoes, making it extremely uncomfortable to even rest. What made matters worse was the complete lack of effective response from the staff — there seemed to be no real solutions offered despite repeated complaints. Additionally, the linen and towels had an overpowering bleach smell, which was quite unpleasant and concerning. Basic hygiene and guest comfort were clearly not up to standard. To add to the inconvenience, our check-in happened late at night, yet we were still forced to vacate the rooms strictly at 11 AM. We had to make multiple requests just to get an extra 30 minutes to wind up, which felt very unreasonable given the late check-in. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made.
