"We the senior citizens were put to lot of inconvenience. There was deficiency of service."

The hotel is located in a remote place. It is difficult to trace the location even with goglemap.

I have booked a room on 13.09.2024 for stay along with my wife from 15.09.2024 to 16.09.2024. I searched the location of the hotel between 9.45 and 10.15 . But I could not trace the location of the hotel. When I called the night shift person by name Balaji at 10.15 some body answered that he had left his mobile at his home and asked me to call the hotel number. When I called the hotel number several times nobody picked my call. Under these circumstances We have to occupy room in another hotel. Both me and my wife are senior citizens and we had a very bitter experience. Further the hotel is yet to refund my booking amount of Rs 1150/.If the amount is not refunded I will file a case before the consumer forum.

Property was so hygienic and spacious and staff was so professional and also very helpful guided us to the nearest places, Breakfast was good, Hot water is available and also very good space for car parking. Best place to stay 😊 Full marks to the property and staff.

"AFFORDABLE Luxurious HOTEL"

The manager and staff are very attentive.The incomparable service in this pricing. Southern indian Variety BREAKFAST really awesome. The location is walking distance from the Hotel which makes us very comfortable for the stay ,,Value for the every PeNNY

No cooking stove / induction heater Atleast they could have provided electric kettle and tea arrangement
