Very old only reception is great But rooms are worst, small, smelly

Nothing bathrooms are dirty no shower working

They literally charged 550rs for extra for 2 hours early check in. Rooms aren't clean paying 3k for those rooms isn't worth

dirty rooms, no almirah or table in the rooms, Mosquitoes, lot of noise, breakfast was complementary but they charged for it as it was requested an hour earlier. Over all very bad experience

Cleanliness and politeness

I recently stayed at The hotel, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful,

nice and clean room the reception manager was polite and helpful HK staff was also helpful nice ambiance and location of the hotel

Very well hospitality given by Mr. Sunny and soo humble person he is and guide us soo well. And the guy HK from room service he is soo soft spoken. Every staff having smile on face and very well groomed. .

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was there. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around.

We stayed there in January, where the nights are very cold, but in the room it was warm, there was hot water (great great adventage), working stuff was really nice and helpful.

The only cons were that place is very moldy and moisture....
