Sehr freundliches Personal, phantastisches Frühstück, Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber gute Spaß und coffeeshops + Restaurants in der Nähe. Laufqeute von der University NhaTrang.

Hoteleigene Liegen am Strand für 2 Stunden nicht immer verfügbar. Balkone sehr klein, Nur zur Information (keine Wertung!): "fest in russischer Hand"

Location, receptionists, maintenance and F&B staffs are really helpful and friendly, affordable food and drinks. 9/10 points for receptionist. They are really good and we appreciate that. I like the laundry services also. I can also borrow flip flop which is really nice. I like the view from my window.

Housekeeping cleaned really fast and It was not a proper cleaning. They were not so friendly also. I saw they used hotel's towels to clean so it made me unhappy. I think you should use different towels for cleaning. 4/10 points for housekeeping. This could be easy to fix so I hope this could be improved.

Amazing location, staff were incredible and made my stay perfect, nothing was too much and they were on had and helpful during the entire stay.
