Marari Umapathi Beach Villa

The helpfulness of the family when we arrived in the thunderstorm was quite a special moment to say the least . We couldn't make it out as the weather was so bad . They made us some food of their own. This was an amazing meal, we had had to take the recipe back with us ! The location is so close to the beach (5 min walk) and their garden was spectacular! Only wish we could achieve this in the uk . The room was exceptionally clean upon arrival with great facilities. We have had two weeks in kerala, this was the best home stay by far .

Very, very nice, attentive and friendly hosts. Nice breakfast (mix of European and Kerala style) Nice room and terasse. Surroundings not so inspiring. Not so many nice places to eat. Beach nothing special.

We enjoyed the stay..the room was super clean and the food was classy..it was so so nice..what a homely taste!!!! the family was also friendly and cooperative.There is a calm and peaceful atmosphere at the property it offers a relaxation from the busy schedule. overall it was so good at Marari Umapathi beach villa. If anyone looking for budget friendly accomodation with tasty food and peaceful atmosphere it would be a great choice..

Very average stay. The room was clean enough but definitely not spotless. The owner and family were not very helpful. The owner offers tuktuk rides but charges more than the street drivers. I don’t quite understand the amazing reviews about the place.. The place is okay for a cheap and average stay in Marari beach.
