Great location in Maiori, as close as you can get to the beach and restaurants. Amazing view and lovely to sit outside on the balcony. Large apartment with plenty of space and nicely decorated. It also had a small elevator to get to the apartment which was at the top (we walked up and down the stairs but was helpful for luggage and when little ones were tired at the end of the night). Having a washer was also great. Also great WiFi signal. Rita (who helped with check in and check out) was lovely and helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc.

A few things impacted the overall quality of this stay and therefore our rating. 1) Cleanliness. While the property appeared relatively clean, a few things did sour the experience. First, the sheets and duvet had stains. While they may have been washed (and I wasn’t 100% sure about that) they really should be replaced. It’s off-putting to say the least. Second, the floors were filthy. We did not wear shoes inside the apartment and our feet were filthy from walking inside the apartment. We had to wipe our feet clean when we were going out so that we would not dirty our shoes when we put them on. Third, some utensils were left behind filthy with dried on eggs. Clearly previous guests did not properly clean them but that should have been inspected and cleaned before new guests came. 2) Toiletries and general household items. First, we were left 4 roles of toilet paper to use for the entire week (for a family of four). So we had to buy more and fine, but really left a bad impression for what we paid for this place. Second, we were asked to follow a schedule and throw out compost, recycling etc but no replacement liners were left for anything (no compost bags, no recycling bags). So you expect us to throw things out and then also to buy the replacements liners. Not fine. 3) Apartment did not have reliable hot water. It was a game of jumping into and way from the water. One second ice cold, next scalding. Also the faucet in the kitchen was falling off (still worked though) and the master bedroom handle to the window outside was also broken. We were assured those would be fixed during our stay but they never were. The building itself is a bit run down and in need of a lot of love and care-it had a broken window, and there was dog poop on the stairs. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but after the above were additional irritants that impacted our stay and therefore our impression. 4) Last but not least, beach towels.

Fabulous location with stunning waterfront views. Large spacious rooms with a great sized kitchen and dining area.

There was an unfortunate smell in the smaller bathroom.

Location, view and town was amazing

Water went very hot to very cold without changing temperature.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Maiori! very comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). The view from the bedrooms was breathtaking!!!
