Struttura in un punto strategico, molto carina e pulita.Proprietario sempre disponibile.Ci tornerò sicuramente.

L'unica pecca è che è al 3 piano senza ascensore..un po' faticosa ma ne è valsa la pena per passare l'ultimo dell'anno a Perugia!

Bella vista dalla finestra.

Appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore. Il soggiorno è andato bene ma l'host è di una maleducazione incredibile.

"Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più per essere Perugia"

La posizione è ottima

Casa con un infinità di scale per arrivare al 3 piano sconsigliato per chi ha problemi di deambulazione, l'appartamento sembra fermo anni 50 mai rinnovato , non starebbe male una bella rinfrescata ma non solo di una mano di imbiancatura , ma soprattutto avrebbe bisogno di una bella pulita, perché è dà molto che non viene pulita se non una mezza spolverata
