Зручне розташування, близько до транспортної розвʼязки: метро, автобусна зупинка. Поруч Гулівер, багато продуктових. Дуже вічливий персонал, що весь час був на звʼязку та допомагав. Номер відповідав фото. Зручно, що є холодильник, мікрохвильовка, чайник, посуд

Хотілось б більше уваги до чистоти: були плями на постільній білизні та пил на підлозі. А також слабка шумоізоляція, було чути сусідів, що періодично заважало

"Середнячок. Витягає персонал і розташування"

Гарне розташування, зручне заселення, компактне продумане планування самого номеру, ввічливий персонал

1. Під'їзд будинку - наче потрапив в глибинку росії у 94 році. Просто жах. І це в серці країни! 2. Перепланована квартира з однієї в дві. Шумоізоляції немає 3. Не знаю, хто там пише відмінні відгуки (цього разу обирав саме за ними), ремонт підушатаний. Ламінат треба міняти. Санвузол - унітаз неідеально чистий, душовою треба займатися (чистити й ізолювати стики), вода уходить погано, душ крапає при закритому крані. На стелі - потьоки від чи то потопу, чи від конденсату. 4. Як результат вищезгаданого, завищена ціна. Нічого критичного, але гривень на 700, не 1300
