There was absolutely no customer service—I had to go down personally from the 16th floor to request assistance because the staff never showed up. My entire family was exhausted after performing Umrah at 2:30 AM. Although they confirmed a king-size bed, we found that they had simply joined two double mattresses together. They took a 300 SAR refundable deposit, but it was unclear why or whether this was standard for all guests. There was no prior communication regarding this charge.
