Η τοποθεσία και η καθαριότητα.

Το μπάνιο ήταν υπερβολικά μικρό με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά από το ντουζ να βγαίνουν εκτός της ντουζιέρας. Το ίδιο ισχύει και για το νιπτήρα, όσο προσεκτικός και να ήσουν. Επιπλέον, η μπαλκονόπορτα είχε ένα μικρό κενό με αποτέλεσμα να ακουγόταν έντονα ο θόρυβος από το δρόμο.
