The accommodation is new, which is probably the only real advantage of this place, along with the possibility to park on the property. The staff tried to be very kind, but they did not speak English, so we had to communicate only via WhatsApp messages.

At the time of our booking, this place was advertised as you are renting a “house” or an “apartment.” We therefore booked a “two-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom.” In reality, we were given two separate rooms that were not connected to each other, and to go from one to the other we had to pass through a corridor shared by all guests. The bathroom was located one floor below, with the entrance again from the shared corridor, so nothing resembling an apartment or a house. In fact, it is one two floor building with two single-bedroom rooms with private bathrooms on the ground floor, one single-bedroom room with a private bathroom on the upper floor, and the two mentioned rooms with separeted bathroom on different floor. The kitchen is located in another part of the building and is shared by all these units. In addition to this building, there is also one separated two-bedroom apartment in a separated building. A few recommendations for the owners: • Do not advertise this as a “house” or “apartment” when it is only a set of rooms. • If you do not speak English or German, at least provide basic guest information in these languages in the rooms: check-in and check-out times, where to find the kitchen, Wi-Fi password, how to use the air conditioning, etc. • It is also not appropriate to withhold the air conditioning remote controls, leaving guests only the option to have it switched on or off, without the possibility to adjust the temperature.

The studio is very clean and comfortable. The host meat us in the evening and was very polite. We will be back of sure:)

My stay was generally good. The apartment was clean, and the staff were polite and receptive.

I was told the air conditioning remote is only given out when the temperature is 30°C or above, and the bathroom for the two-bedroom apartment was located on another floor, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the overall experience was comfortable, and the cleanliness and helpful staff stood out.
