Couldn’t find the place be cause of inaccuracy on location on website and communication was very bad Would never book here again and am trying to get a refund

The property had great location and was very nice. It was clean and comfortable, with lots of space for out things. Also even thought it is located in one of the main streets, it was very quiet and we had a very pleasant stay. ☺️

The kitchenette could be equipped a bit better, but it wasn’t too bad.

Central location

Scam! We booked the “One Bedroom Apartment” advertised as 35m², but upon arrival, we were given a small room (approximately 12m²) in a shared apartment (kitchen, table, and chair are in the shared area). The description didn’t mention that the apartment was shared with other guests. The room was very cramped, barely enough space to walk around with a suitcase, and not quite dirty. When we complained with the property, they refused to acknowledge the scam but eventually agreed to a 20% refund.

Location

Very small space, but its not bad

Far too expensive for what it was. Looked nothing like the pictures. The bed was so creaky, it is not up to standard at all.

Located in a very central and desirable area. Very warm during the winter. Excellent communication with the property management. An elevator is available.

I wasn’t aware that the kitchen was shared with other apartments. Greater attention needs to be paid to cleanliness, as the air didn’t feel fresh after cleaning. There were hairs on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom needs much better sanitation. We also found hairs on the floor in the room upon arrival. Some pillows on the bed haven’t been washed and have a noticeable old smell. Noise from the surroundings is easily heard, and the bed is not very comfortable, creaking with movement.
