The owner and the staff in the hotel (prakash) and other were very kind and helpful. They have taken all the request very seriously and solved in short notice. The are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Apollo hospital, just walking distance. There are restaurant and groceries around. The area is very good and secure. The apartment has all the needed item and if there would be anything missing the staff was always ready to provide.

As shown in your app booking.com room is totally different, No extra bed for child, as you shown You shown 2800 for double bed room and 3299 for double bed and 1 sofa bed room. But here is no any sofa bed for child. No clean bedding provided. Very small room. It is too costly for this room No bill provided. I am more unsatisfied with booking.com, whom not shown actual ratings of properties

Location was good.

Long Discussion regarding the room allotment...After a hectic journey with aged parents persons at helpdesk keep on discussed about the room allotment for nearly half an hour though the room booked in advance and informed about the arrival in advance.its not fair.. Not satisfied with the reception...to be improved more in reception..
