This was by far my worst experience with Booking.com. The property uses fake pictures and fake reviews. We booked two nights but only stayed one due to a late check-in, which left us with no choice. The reality was shocking – smelly, dirty, disgusting. The TV was broken, the room looked nothing like the pictures, and was unbearably hot. I ended up sleeping on a thin mattress on the floor. There was a strong sewage smell from the bathroom, making it impossible to feel comfortable. This is not a family-friendly place despite being listed as “top-rated for families.” The fact that Booking.com allows such a misleading listing is deeply disappointing. Please, do not book this property. You will regret it.
