GBVery central, close to all pubs and restaurants, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great communication with the host and we’d stay again.
Parking is a chore, but the value offsets the charges and inconvenience. TV was a bit hit and miss, had to re set from the socket a few times, and the screen is watchable but it’s got lots of horizontal lines and will need replacing soon. Toilet cistern sticks but a quick tap on the button sorts it out. All little niggles that can be sorted, nothing major.

Only downside is no parking but can’t expect any with such central location.

HUThe accommodation was perfectly located for us — exactly what we were looking for: right in the city centre, with everything just a step away — the charity shops, the market, Skipton Woods, the Castle, the pubs… The bathroom was fully equipped: towels were provided, and you don’t even need to bring a hairdryer! There was coffee and tea waiting for us in the kitchen, too! The living room was spacious and comfortable. We tend to get cold easily, so we turned up the heating in the evenings. During our stay, there was a huge storm — a hurricane warning — so we could hear the howling wind through the thin windows, as well as the noise of young people heading out to party at night, but apart from that, it was a great experience! We used the washing machine and the iron — thank you for making those available! We met the owner in the hallway and congratulated her on how beautifully they had designed and furnished the place. We would be happy to recommend it to our friends anytime, and would gladly stay again if we visit Skipton for another short city break!
