Staff was amazing. Location was great.

The hotel could use fresh air/windows in the rooms, cotton sheets, and places to hang towels/put things in the bathroom. The room had a bit of an awkward layout.

Great place to stay only recommendation would be to choose a room away from the front of the hotel because it gets very loud at night lots of traffic and people walking around at night

My family stayed at this hotel in last Feb 13-14 2025. At that time everything went well. The staffs were kind and the room condition was not bad as it described even the property was still on progress. BUT after one month later, I noticed that they made a pre-authorized payment with my credit card. I have written mails about the problem twice. They have not answered yet. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

"Fantastic hotel in perfect location"

Lovely new hotel. The location in the old town was perfect - just behind the square, and a few blocks from Olas Atlas beach. Everything was clean and new and stylish.

Not much! Free water would have been nice, but not all hotels offer that.
