I booked days in advance and was excited about the stay. We arrived late, a few hours after the official check-in time, and spent a further thirty minutes trying to find someone who could assist us, show us to our accommodation. Eventually finding someone, they then told us that our room, for which we had already paid four nights, had been sold to someone else. The man on the desk was pleasant. That was likeable.

Eventually finding someone, they then told us that our room, for which we had already paid four nights, had been sold to someone else. By now evening, I had to hurriedly find somewhere for my wife and I to stay. At such short notice, the only place I could find was a condo unit at twice the price of the already expensive Cebu Soul. I was furious.

I like the view, the comfy of the bed that we get. Specially, when we used the bathroom! The heather is working, also the room! it's not that spacious but still has a nice view!

The securities are all rude! maybe becos they know that we're not the owner and just staying there for 1night.🥹🥹

Great ocean views from the 12 floor balcony very simple is better no clutter The owner is not Korean and speaks fluent English

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and cozy. The balcony had a beautiful view, perfect for enjoying the sunrise, sea, and even stargazing or moon views. The pool was also a nice spot to relax and cool off. The place is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway. Highly recommended!
