Loved the staff here, so friendly. A little bit of a walk to get to the centre but nice quiet neighbourhood around

The rooms look much bigger on photos than they are in person. We had very little room to move around in the double

The courteous behaviour of the staff and the early availability of the room for us as we travelled overnight. the location is good and reachable through local transport. The restaurant options was fair in the hotel vicinity .

There was a giant pillar in the middle of the room which have eaten up the space in the room. The additional bed provide for the kid was broken hence we didn't risk of using it for sleeping. the night receptionist was not very helpful when we tried to fill the water bottles from the filter located at the reception . The staff should educate themselves on speaking basic english as it was a but difficult to communicate .

Parking was terrible.

Ich möchte mich bei allen Mitarbeitern persönlich bedanken. Wir sind sehr zufrieden abgereist.

Das Parkplatzproblem haben wir mit dem nahegelegenen Parkhaus gelöst. Alles war wirklich sehr schön.
