"If I were to stay again, I would stay somewhere cleaner and well maintained for probably a fraction of the price."

Villa Lola had an amazing view and Putu’s breakfasts were amazing. Comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, we left feeling slightly disappointed. With a premium price of $500+ AUD a night the cleaning and maintenance of the villa really needs to step up. Mould in grout, mould on side of pool, stains on the rug and stains on the side of the pool. It did not take away from our stay but we expected 5 star quality for the exuberant price. I know the water is drinkable but no bottles of water left in fridge after a long drive to Uluwatu and just wanting to crash. The bottom shower also drains horribly and I contacted the manager who was quick to respond and awesome but this is something that really shouldn’t happen at a Villa of this calibre. Other things to note are the coffee table and table stains. Rug for sure needs to be replaced or cleaned properly. This was in the main bedroom. We paid a total of $2250 AUD for 4 nights stay. The wifi was a little bad and cut out a few times during our stay which got a little annoying, again something that should not happen at a place charging $500+ AUD a night.

"Best place in Uluwatu"

Absolutely amazing villa! The best thing about it is that it was clearly designed not just for rent, but to actually live in—and you can totally feel that. From the water filter that lets you brush your teeth without worry, to the spacious wardrobe and all the thoughtful little details, everything made this stay feel like home. There’s everything you need, without any unnecessary clutter. Very sunny, very clean, with the best location and a stunning view. And the staff is so kind and welcoming—we became friends, and I already miss you guys so much! Putu and Yuni, you made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for the delicious breakfasts! This was by far our best stay in Bali in a very, very long time.
