Un hotel muy bonito,buena ubicación y el personal maravillosos, cuando vuelva seguro que repetimos hotel. El desayuno muy bueno y por la noche lo pasamos genial con la animación del hotel.

L'établissement est idéalement situé et le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits déjeuners très copieux sur la terrasse. Il faudrait peut-être revoir les sanitaires dans les chambres mais nous recommandons quand même cet établissement où nous avons été tellement bien reçus.

I loved this hotel and its vibes! Great music, great host, greatest Tajin with prunes I've had in morocco! Very nice views and great location. Highly recommend

The rooms are a little small but they're still beautiful.

Precioso hotel palacio en el centro de Chauen. Con un personal super amable y servicial. No he conocido en mi vida una persona más trabajadora que Mossin, nos ha tratado de 10!

Un poco de olor a humedad en las habitaciones.

Un grand merci pour l accueil que Mohsine nous a fait c'est une personne extra gentillesse sourire...merci Emplacement propreté des lieux vraiment si vous ne savez pas où dormir2vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés petits déjeuner exceptionnelle très bon repas le soir de l Aïd el kebir

L'hôte est dévoué ! Il nous a même déniché un taxi pour se rendre aux chutes de Akchour en ce jour férié de l'Aid Al Adha et que tout est fermé, même les chauffeurs de taxi et d'autobus sont en congé pendant cette fête ! Magnifique terrasse et excellente nourriture ... essayez un des plats nationaux du Maroc : le Rfissa ! Délicieux ! Et l'endroit est très propre !

Si vous avez une petite base d'espagnol vous communiquerez facilement avec tout le personnel de l'établissement. Sinon ils arrivent à se faire bien comprendre, ce n'est pas un problème 🤟🏼
