Staff was especially wonderful. The room was very nice. We loved the balcony and the view of Ostuni. Parking was convenient and location was central to all historic sites and city center. Security was very well thought out and we appreciated it. The breakfast was spectacular. Well stocked, beautiful room, friendly staff. The best breakfast that we had while in Italy.

Hôtel chic et moderne. Chambre très confortable avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et sur la vieille ville d’Ostuni. Possibilité de se garer sur un parking gratuit à proximité. L’hôtel est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Buffet du petit déjeuner très copieux et de qualité. Le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins pour les clients. Mention spéciale pour Leonardo qui a été très attentionné avec nous. Nous recommandons à 200%.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Primo Ostuni. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the old town, making it easy to wander through the charming streets, enjoy the restaurants, and soak up the atmosphere. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of closet space, excellent lighting, and a large bathroom with a great shower (and more than enough light, which is often hard to find!). The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a nice fridge in the room was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was outstanding with a large variety of. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The front desk staff—Leonardo, Claudia, and Cristian—were all so welcoming, attentive, and professional. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend Hotel Primo Ostuni to anyone visiting this beautiful town. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.
