PRIMO OSTUNI HOTEL

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel with large rooms and a great free breakfast within walking distance of Ostuni's old town. Parking was provided free of charge at a sister hotel 5 mins walk from the property. There's also a paid for parking option right outside the hotel that allowed us to un/load the car without payment. Ostuni is a great location to base yourself when exploring Puglia as Monopoli, Alberobello, Martina Franca and Locorotondo are all close-by. Nicoletta and the team were so welcoming and helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They engaged with every member of our group, recommended and made restaurant bookings for us and gave us tips on local beaches and places to visit. They kept us updated and shared information via WhatsApp throughout our stay so as not to disrupt our day and provide flexibility in assisting with our plans.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch und gerade beim Parken des Autos direkt vor dem Hotel. Hier hat uns Christian geholfen, den richtigen Parkschein zu ziehen und hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Das Frühstück war wirklich umfangreich und gut; leider gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine, so dass man warten musste (wir hatten das "Glück", gerade mit einer größeren Reisegesellschaft zu frühstücken...)

Das uns zugeteilte Zimmer befand sich zum Mini - "Innenhof" hin und hatte nur ein kleines Fenster, welches sich wiederum nur ganz wenig öffnen/kippen ließ. Es roch unangenehm in dem Zimmer, und das Bettzeug war sehr "kunstoffhaltig" also nicht besonders kuschelig und angenehm auf der Haut. - Die Dusche erweckte nicht den Eindruck von Sauberkeit und das Wasser lief nur ganz langsam ab, so dass man sich nur kurz duschen konnte, um nicht eine Überschwemmung im ganzen Zimmer zu erhalten. Im Übrigen war das Zimmer dunkel und nicht gerade ein Platz, wo man sich länger aufhalten will. Nächstes Mal würde ich das Zimmer nicht mehr akzeptieren... Eine verlorene Nacht, ohne Erholung...

Lage zur Altstadt optimal. Modernes, sauberes Hotel. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Everything - friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, amazing breakfast, top location close to coffee shops and stores, highly recommend it.

Breakfast was fantastic. Views from our room were sublime and the terrace was huge!

There is a restaurant below the hotel which plays very loud music until midnight. It was not pleasant!!

Todo increíble !!! Un hotel completo desde todo punto de vista. Ubicación, atención del personal, limpieza, habitación amplia con grandes toallas, plancha, frigobar, cofre, muy luminosa,etc. El desayuno optimo. Lo hiper recomendamos. Parking muy próximo.
