Blacksand Villas Echo Beach, Canggu by Sandara

This was easily one of the best stays we've had in Canggu. The location is unbeatable — everything on our list (restaurants, cafes, the gym) was a 10 minute walk or less, so much so that we barely used the scooter we'd hired. The villa itself is stunning — the pool flows straight into the open-plan lounge, and the entire upstairs opens up over the pool and gardens below. Golden hour through the bedroom every evening was something else. A huge highlight was the service — Darma and Ayra looked after us so well throughout our stay, checking in each morning, they organised for our laundry to get done before we left, and arranged a scooter hire for us as well, everything was so easy, and their hospitality made the whole experience even more special. We're already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend Black Sand Villas to anyone visiting Canggu! The location was great and the service by the hosts, Ardi and Nyoman was excellent. They organised the airport transfers, helped with supplies when my husband got sick, and were very accommodating.

The bags and pool bed could be a bit cleaner as they had bird poop and stains on them. Maybe a deep clean or replacements every now and then.

Ardi was very helpful. He made our stay really very comfortable.

I cannot rate this property high enough! This was my favourite place I’ve stayed in the many places I’ve stayed in Bali. I would like to give a special shout out to Miss Santhi who made sure I was well looked after and taken care of. In addition to her wonderful support every single staff member there went above and beyond to take care of everything for me. This property is so beautiful. It feels like a little slice of heaven, everything was clean and well maintained and I cannot stress enough how beautiful it was. The location was EXCELLENT. Close to everything that you could need and everything else was a short scooter ride away. I really loved this property and look forward to returning again when I come back to Bali.
