All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and assisted with our arrivals and departures. Bit of a miscommunication the day before niyepi with ordering food. Given the wrong food, and it took 7 and a half hours to deliver. We were then told there was no food at all, leaving us worried. The miscommunication was resolved and we received some of the food we ordered. The laundry service was fast and efficient however a little expensive. Grab drivers were a huge issue for this location, we had a little more luck with gojek. The location was perfect and close to Penny Lane, the beach & main stores/attractions.

The property was clean and cozy, everything looked like on the pictures :) Staff was really helpful and friendly, location also very convenient.

the massage was overpriced and honestly don’t recommend this service.

The size was perfect for a couple. The pool was clean and a good size. The location was perfect… food mart across the road with a money changer inside, close walk to amazing restaurants and great coffee house (blacklist roasters), and a short walk to la Brisa.

Daily fresh towels would have been good only due to the fact that wet towels don’t dry easily in Bali. Not really a big deal because they changed them every second day.

Great location and beautiful villa overall, the service and staff were amazing. Cleanliness and facilities were perfect, overall did enjoy our stay.

Be aware when booking this villa that it has little to no privacy. The villa next door had complete view into our whole downstairs area + outside shower and toilet, therefore not being able to use unless you want people watching. Would also need to constantly have the upstairs blinds closed and in complete darkness to avoid making awkward eye contact with other villa guests or seeing each other get changed. This could be resolved if the villa had appropriate blinds/shutters and tinted windows. It did make me feel unsafe at times when in the villa alone as I felt there was always eyes on me.
