I had an absolutely delightful experience during my stay at La Papillion Maison in Puducherry. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Although my room initially didn’t have a personal safe, the moment I requested one for storing my passport and valuables, the team responded without hesitation. Impressively, the safe was installed within an hour of my arrival. This kind of prompt and attentive service really set the tone for the rest of my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room with a balcony, which added an extra touch of comfort and charm to my time there. The room itself was clean, well-lit, and beautifully maintained—an ideal space to relax in. A highlight of my trip was a visit to the Chidambaram temple, and the hotel not only arranged a taxi for me but also provided a knowledgeable driver who shared fascinating insights about the Shiva temple and the surrounding area. Breakfast at the hotel was another standout—fresh, varied, and delicious. I particularly loved the brownies and the fresh juice. What’s more, on the day of my temple visit, they kindly served me breakfast at 11 am, well beyond the usual breakfast hours, which I deeply appreciated. A special word of thanks goes to Mr. Raj Kumar at the front desk. His dedication, professionalism, and warmth truly made my stay exceptional. He ensured every request I made was met with efficiency and a smile. La Papillion Maison is a gem in Puducherry, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, care, and quality service.

could have had a gym workout place. other than that, no complaints.

Liked the ambience of the room, it was exactly like the pictures in the app.

No hot water in the room for taking bath. However the overall stay was good.
