USThe location was perfect for us--a quick walk to the wedding we were attending, with lots of meal options nearby! The room was comfy with a great view of a back garden. The windows and balcony doors provided great airflow. Quiet and low hassle experience. Shower was A+

The room was in the attic with a sloped roof and it is a safety hazard for a tall person.
GBThe location was within 10 minutes walk of my son's house, so was perfectly situated. The off road parking was a huge bonus. The room was large, airy and bright. The bathroom clean and very well appointed. Using the access code was a convenient way of entering, and ensuring the security of the room and the house. The coffee and tea provided was of a good quality and having the fridge ensured that the water was always cold and I could keep breakfast items cool.

GBColin, the owner of this property, was very friendly and helpful. I guess my high mark goes directly to him. I liked a lot the flexibility with check-in and check-out times. We were able to check-in earlier for free, which is quite rare with hotels. Private parking is also very comfy. Pretty big room. All required facilities are there. Good value for money.
Room is big, but I think the real room size is about 25-30 m2, not 46 m2 (from the description). Matrasses were a bit too soft, but it is my taste.
