The accommodation was great! It’s just a 5–10-minute walk from the train station, which is super convenient for exploring Cinque Terre. The apartment is on the top floor, so climbing up is a nice warm-up for all the walking in the nearby towns. Inside, you’ll find everything you need. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome – there was cold water in the fridge and a few coffee capsules waiting for us. The private parking was a huge plus, as the street and surrounding area can be quite full. The host doesn’t speak English, but she makes a real effort, and with the help of phones and gestures, communication worked out perfectly.

The only downside was the pillows in the bedroom – they were a bit too firm and high for our liking, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Price and Alessia. Helpful and extremely responsive. Location was good. Close to train but quiet.

There are a lot of steps. Not for you if you have mobility issues.

Good option in La Spezia to visit the city, Cinque Terre and the surroundings. Close to the station was a bonus for us. Host reply quickly and available. If return will consider to stay again.

Cleanliness was not 100%. We found broken glasses on the floor. Wifi did not work but we did not tell the host because it was not a problem for us.

Property was a nice decent size, it had a beautiful view of the hills from the balcony, everything one would need to be comfortable - ie, washing machine, tv/s, microwave, aircon. When I went to pay the city tax, I got given the most delicious bread - Best bread I’ve had EVER!!.. Thank You!..

I didn’t like having to haul my luggage up four flights of stairs, and then being faced with them after having long days out, however the booking clearly states that there is no lift.

The location is very good, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the view from the balcony is simply wonderful, there is a train station and grocery stores nearby. A great place for a vacation, I had the most pleasant impressions.
