The most beach facing rooms on payambalam beac. Their newly renovated rooms are above average but super comfy beds.

Little costly even for off season. No on site restaurant. The customer experience can be better.

Le manager a été desagreable. La premiere nuit morsure de punaises dd lit dans l une des chambres. Nous ne lzvons pas accuse. Nous aurions pu arrives avec cette unisue punaise dans nos vetement depuis le taxi ou l avion. Il noud a soutenyu qu il s agissait de piqures de moustiques et a refusé tout geste commercial.

Great location

Beautiful view of the beach, on the second floor. Room was clean, and they provided towels, and soap. Before I arrived they were so helpful with arranging a taxi to come get me from the airport even though my flight was quite late they accommodated me. They also provided masala chai and an omelette for breakfast. I am here for a an Ayurvedic course and I thought my residency was ready, so I checked out, only to find out it wasn’t and they were more than happy to provide me a second room this time on the main floor, still very nice, and clean, with a porch instead of a balcony.

It’s a bit far away from the main city, and restaurants.

Location and the service

The property is newly renovated and new management is maintaining the property very nicely. Check in was smooth by Mr Shinto , rooms were spick and span , neat and tidy bathrooms, lenins were fresh , beautiful sea view from room balcony . Morning breakfast was delicious. Dinner can be ordered through food delivery, very friendly staff who guided us to good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for families and groups.

We had a great stay at Sunfun Beach House, its right opposite Payyambalam beach which is fantastic. Amazing views especially if you get the upper floor rooms. Shinto was very helpful & arranged transportation for us whenever required. Kishore & other staff were also quite helpful. All in all a fantastic place to spend a relaxing few days.

Fyi they don't have a restaurant on the premises but breakfast is provided & you can order food via Zomato/Swiggy. If you have your own transport it won't be a problem.
