I liked the ambience and decor, it resembles the authenticity and heritage of Batroun, in addition to its location in the midst of Batroun village and close to everything.

I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have any ventilation, no windows, no view. One can only operate the AC or lock himself between 4 doors. I also didn't like that it doesn't have a nice view, the claimed garden is so poor and dull. The towels weren't clean and looked old and exhausted. The TV unit doesn't have the Lebanese channels ( the must-haves). There is no choice to have beverages inside the room. The facility information stated that visitors can ask for breakfast for an additional cost, but this also turned out to be false information. There are no flip flops inside the room for guests.

Casa Batroun was exactly what I needed, a cozy, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. The location is perfect, close enough to explore Batroun’s cafes, shops, and beaches. The space was clean, well kept, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy, and it just felt easy to settle in. The hosts were super nice and helpful, giving great local tips that made the trip even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was just right!
