1) given adress is wrong and its not located in sengarang. Its actual location is Minyak Beku. 2) There is no clear guide or contact given for key collection. Property did not responded to msg in booking.com. Property only call me after 3 hours. 3) no contact Number at the gate. No instruction recieved via booking.com too. 4) we waited for 40 min at the gate and no one come to assist and no Security guard etc. 5) we end up booking another hotel in batu pahat town.

JPIt's quiet and clean. The host was very kind. I love her. I stayed in the smallest room, so it wasn't big, but the air conditioning worked well and it was comfortable.

The staff was not easy to reach. I couldn’t find the WiFi password and a janitor told me to call the hotel telephone, but the call cannot be made, so I didn’t get to use WiFi that night.
